Naby Keita's future at Liverpool is uncertain as he enters the final year of his contract at Anfield and former Aston Villa forward Gabriel Agbonlahor believes the Reds should be looking to sell the midfielder this summer.
Injuries have made Keita's life at Liverpool difficult as he has failed to nail down a starting role in the midfield three and it remains to be seen whether the Reds will look to discuss a new contract with the 27-year-old.
Keita signed from RB Leipzig in 2018 for a fee of around £48 million and enjoyed a much-improved season last time out, but Abgonlahor doesn't think the Guinean has 'lived up to expectations' since he arrived at Anfield.

The former England international told Football Insider : “Keita is on and off, he doesn’t score enough goals and can be a bit wild in his play. He’s not lived up to the price tag at all. I’m sure Liverpool should be looking to part ways.
“They need two top-class midfielders in there. [Jordan] Henderson is 31, he’s not going to be playing as much. Fabinho is your one starter and Thiago gets injured a lot. They need two midfielders for me. I don’t see them renewing Keita.”
With Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain being made available for a move, Liverpool cannot afford to let Keita leave without bringing in a replacement. Jordan Henderson is now 31-years-old while Thiago Alcantara picks up injuries.
