She shared the reactions of the families in two clips - one which has already surpassed 2.4 million views to date and another which has soared past 3.4 million views.
The clip showed Victoria walking through the front door with the couple's new son Tyrion - who was in a car seat.
"Surprise!" Victoria shouted.
Clearly stunned, the grandparents of the new tot were speechless and were unable to put their reaction into words, which sparked several comments underneath the video clip.
One person wrote: "Everybody should do what makes them happy, but I would feel betrayed, not trusted."
"Not the reaction I was hoping for," another said.
Following the series of comments, Victoria explained the couple's reasoning for keeping the pregnancy a secret in a follow up clip.
She explained: "Let's start with the how - how did I do it? I wore baggy shirts, hoodies and I didn't hide myself or avoid my family.
"At the end of my pregnancy, I didn't see my family because they were busy.
"Why did I do it? I did it because I've had five miscarriages that were pretty traumatic."
She continued: "We also wanted privacy, I didn't want to be constantly messaged - I don't like that. I didn't like the constant messaging with my other pregnancies.
"This one was just peaceful healing and intimate between us - me and my husband.
"And then we surprised everyone, they were obviously shocked and absolutely stunned.
"Nobody was hurt, nobody was upset, and nobody was mad - they actually thought it was pretty cool and pretty awesome, they loved it!"
Sharing positivity in the comment section for Victoria and her husband's decision, other TikTokers supported their decision and gushed about the new arrival.
One viewer explained: "This is how it should be. Pregnancies are supposed to be healing.
"Other cultures hide theirs for a while to avoid evil eye. Congratulations!!"
A second wrote: "As you should... Your decision... Congratulations mom and dad!"
"You did what was right for you. I'm sure they could understand that. Congratulations mama!!" A third gushed.
