Jaden Jarmel-Schneider, a paralegal in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, testified on Friday to present phone records and business records in a case. He created a summary report detailing the phone numbers associated with individuals, their appearances in evidence, call times in ET and UTC, caller and recipient information, and call durations.
The report highlighted calls between Michael Cohen and various individuals, including Dylan Howard, David Pecker, Keith Schiller, and Allen Weisselberg. Additionally, Jarmel-Schneider submitted a summary chart of 11 invoices, 12 vouchers, and 11 checks that constitute the 34 business records prosecutors claim were falsified. Trump, the defendant, has pleaded not guilty to all 34 charges.
During cross-examination, Jarmel-Schneider admitted that certain call records were excluded from the summary report. However, on redirect, he clarified that the decision to omit some call summaries was based on focusing on the relevant information presented during the trial proceedings.
