Paolo Nutini to visit Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena as part of huge 2022 UK tour

Paolo Nutini will be performing at the M&S Bank Arena later this year, after announcing another date to his huge 2022 tour.

He will visit the arena on Saturday, December 10, after securing the UK number one album spot. Last week, Paolo announced four new shows at Glasgow OVO Hydro in December 2022, selling out all four shows and a whopping 50,000 tickets in an hour.

His new album ‘Last Night In The Bittersweet’ spans the distance from classic rock to post-punk to hypnotic Krautrock, and is described as his 'deepest and most varied' set so far.

The unique rhythms of ‘Lose It’ are said to reference early ‘70s German bands like Can and Neu!, and are a product of Paolo writing increasingly on bass guitar. Popular song ‘Through The Echoes’, which is currently A-List at Radio 2, is described as a 'timeless' with inspiration from the likes of Ben E. King and Otis Redding.

The album opens with ‘Afterneath’ which samples Patricia Arquette’s speech in the final scenes of True Romance, the 1993 cult classic written by Quentin Tarantino. He is also set to perform ‘Petrified In Love’, described a more 'cheerful' track.
