The Carolina Panthers will be without a solid chunk of their secondary this afternoon against the Baltimore Ravens. But at least they’ll have two of their unit’s studs in uniform.
Cornerback Jaycee Horn and safety Jeremy Chinn will be active for today’s Week 11 matchup.
Horn was listed on Friday’s final injury report as questionable due to a foot injury. Chinn, who has missed the last six games after sustaining a hamstring injury, was activated to the 53-man roster on Saturday afternoon.
Carolina won’t have safety Juston Burris, versatile defensive back Myles Hartsfield or starting cornerback Donte Jackson—who has been placed on injured reserve with a season-ending Achilles tendon tear. To help provide some depth—veteran T.J. Carrie, a practice squad addition from earlier in the week, has been elevated for the contest.
Here’s who will also be out for the Panthers in Baltimore:
- OT Larnel Coleman
- WR Rashard Higgins
- DT Matt Ioannidis
- TE Giovanni Ricci
- QB PJ Walker
And for the Ravens:
- CB Jalyn Armour-Davis
- LB Josh Bynes
- G Ben Cleveland
- RB Gus Edwards
- TE Charlie Kolar
- LB David Ojabo
