Panthers QB Bryce Young pulls out the Steph Curry celebration before throwing a TD

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young may never escape the Steph Curry comparisons.

Young, as he has since reentering the starting lineup in Week 8, is absolutely humming in Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Atlanta Falcons. And the confidence, like his play, his growing—as evidenced by this touchdown pass and Curry-esque celebration on a fourth-and-1 in the third quarter . . .

To that point, Young had completed 14 of his 19 passes for 126 yards and two touchdowns—including an earlier 33-yard score to running back Miles Sanders.

The 23-year-old also recorded a 1-yard trip into the end zone in the first quarter, his fifth rushing touchdown of the campaign.
