Carolina Panthers quarterback Baker Mayfield may have not said those things about his Week 1 matchup with the Cleveland Browns. But that doesn’t mean he can’t profit off of it!
On Friday morning, Mayfield—in association with Glory Days Apparel—exercised his right to capitalism and released two officially licensed t-shirts ahead of the 2022 season. And if we’re being completely honest, they’re pretty darn clean.

The little black number is relatively tame. It’s a simple yet eye-catching caricature design that pops with that Carolina blue. And the other one . . . ooh wee!
That white tee is, obviously, a nod to the upcoming opener against his former employer. 2018’s first overall pick will be “off the leash” and “live & in-person” in a “one day only” event when the Browns come to Bank of America Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 11.
Mayfield’s clash with Cleveland has, of course, picked up a fair bit of anticipation—because who doesn’t like a good revenge story? But the game has had some extra spice added to it recently, particularly with the quarterback saying or not saying that he’d like to “[insert expletive here] the Browns up.”
And whether he does or not, you can commemorate the day for just $38.00.
