Carolina Panthers quarterback Baker Mayfield would definitely be allowed access into The Salty Spitoon.
Not even two weeks after sustaining a high-ankle sprain (and playing almost an entire half of football with it), Mayfield was in full uniform and participating in Thursday’s practice. Ellis L. Williams of The Charlotte Observer had a few clips from the early portion of the session:

But despite the ol’ grit, interim head coach Steve Wilks has already announced PJ Walker as Sunday’s starter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jacob Eason, for the second straight week, will back Walker up.
