There are two things the Carolina Panthers have in spades this season—losses and injuries. And on Wednesday, they stacked up another one of the latter.
As first reported by ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter, safety Jeremy Chinn sustained a “significant” quad injury that could keep him out up to six weeks. If true, Carolina will be down yet another key player on defense—with fellow safeties Vonn Bell and Xavier Woods as well as cornerback Jaycee Horn and linebacker Shaq Thompson also dealing with their own setbacks.
