Panthers announce hirings of 5 coaches on Thursday

Seattle Seahawks NFL Atlanta Falcons

On Thursday, the Carolina Panthers announced six hirings.

One of which is an addition to their front office, in new director of coaching development Scott Cooper.

As for the other five, who are all coming to the team’s coaching staff, let’s give you a quick look at each:

Will Harriger (Quarterbacks coach)

2021: Jacksonville Jaguars (offensive assistant coach)
2019-2020: Atlanta Falcons (offensive assistant coach, game management coordinator)
2014-2018: Seattle Seahawks (offensive assistant coach, assistant quarterbacks coach)

Nathan Carroll (Pass game coordinator)

Rod Mar/Seattle Seahawks

NFL experience:

2011-2023: Seattle Seahawks (defensive assistant, offensive assistant, assistant wide receivers coach, wide receivers coach, senior offensive assistant)

Pat McPherson (Tight ends coach)
