Evacuation Order signifies an immediate threat to life, requiring prompt evacuation.

An Evacuation Order signifies an immediate threat to life, requiring individuals to leave the area promptly as it is lawfully closed to public access. On the other hand, an Evacuation Warning indicates a potential threat to life and/or property, advising those who need more time to evacuate, as well as individuals with pets and livestock, to leave the area.

Moreover, in cases where an Shelter In Place order is issued, residents are instructed to go indoors, shut and lock doors and windows, and prepare to self-sustain until further notice or until contacted by emergency personnel for additional guidance.
