The Duke of Sussex and Duke of York will have no formal roles throughout the coronation, according to Buckingham Palace.
Harry and Andrew, who are no longer official working royals, will still attend the service on Saturday. However, they will not be responsible for any duties.
The pair will also be noticeably absent from the procession behind the Gold State Coach which will carry the newly crowned King and Queen from Westminster Abbey back to Buckingham Palace after the Coronation ceremony. It will also be Harry's first public appearance after he criticised Charles, Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales in his memoir Spare.

Meanwhile, Meghan will remain at home in California with children Archie and Lilli as they celebrate Archie's fourth birthday which falls on the same day. It is understood that Harry will make a quick exit from the ceremony, flying back to the US to spend time with his son on his birthday.
Andrew stepped down from public life following his Newsnight interview in November 2019 which touched on his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. The Queen's second son went on to pay millions to settle a civil sexual assault case to a woman which he claimed to have never met.
He was sued by Virginia Giuffre for allegedly sexual assault when she was 17 and trafficked by Epstein - claims which Andrew strenuously denies. Ahead of his legal settlement, the late Queen Elizabeth II stripped him of all of his honorary military roles, including Colonel of the Grenadier Guards.
