Paisley-born track cyclist, Jack Carlin, has won silver at the Commonwealth Games.
Carlin won the medal after competing in the keirin final.
The Paisley-born rider capped the day of the track cycling events in Birmingham with the podium finish.

Two-time Olympic medallist Carlin finished 0.406 seconds behind Nicholas Paul of Trinidad and Tobago.
Sportscotland director of high performance, Mike Whittingham, said: ‘’Scottish cyclists have a great track record of success at the Commonwealth Games and Jack Carlin has added himself to that list of greats with this silver medal.
“Cycling in Scotland is going from strength to strength and athletes like Jack are a true inspiration to the next generation of Scottish athletes.’’
Neah Evans also won bronze during the games in the 3,000 metre individual pursuit meaning the pair have added Scotland’s eighth and ninth medals of the Commonwealth Games.
