Paige Thorne will have a new venture to take her mind off her split from Adam Collard as she's signed up for new ITV show Britain Get Singing.
Welsh paramedic met Paige met Newcastle gym owner Adam on the latest series of Love Island back in the summer, with Adam making a shock return to the dating programme, four years after causing plenty of drama in the villa. After quickly growing close, the pair came within a whisker of making the final, being voted out right before the live finale, which was won by Ekin-Su and Davide.
After leaving Love Island, Adam and Paige visited each other's hometowns and declared they were 'official' during an interview on Lorraine. However, the honeymoon period is already over as, after Paige deleted all traces of Adam, who recently denied cheating allegations, from her Instagram, he has now confirmed the romance is over. Adam attended Thursday night's National Television Awards alone and when asked by the Daily Star what the status of his and Paige's relationship was, he said: " Yeah I'm fully single. Part of us is gutted but part of us is like maybe it's for the right reasons."

Adam's comments comes just as Paige has been revealed as one member of a Love Island super group, who will compete in Britain Get Singing, a talent show spin-off of ITV's well received Britain Get Talking mental health campaign. Paige joins fellow Love Island 2022 contestants Tasha Ghouri, Antigoni Buxton, Danica Taylor, Andrew Le Page and Luca Bish on the programme, with the Love Island stars battling it out with teams from Emmerdale, Loose Women, The Chase and Coronation Street.
Britain Get Talking is supported by Mind and YoungMinds, and by SAMH in Scotland, to encourage people to look after their mental health by connecting with others. Created with Uncommon Creative Studio, it originally launched in 2019 by pausing the live broadcast of Britain’s Got Talent, and then as lockdown beckoned, Ant and Dec invited the nation to send their messages of support for broadcast and to stay in touch with the message that we’re ‘apart, but never alone.’
Britain Get Singing will air on ITV at Christmas.
