Padraig Harrington and Leona Maguire both pocketed big sums of prize money over the weekend as they both narrowly missed out on victories in their respective tournaments.
Harrington picked up over €354,000 for finishing runner-up to Steve Stricker in the Kitchen Aid Senior PGA Championship on Sunday, losing in a play-off to the American, who pocketed more than €587,000 for winning.
Meanwhile, Maguire picked up considerably less than Harrington after narrowly missing out on a place in the final of the Bank of Hope LPGA Match Play, taking home €83,716 after she lost 2&1 to Japan's Ayaka Furue in a semi-final in Las Vegas.

Maguire faded on the back nine holes against Furue as the Japanese player won four holes and lost none. She went on to lose to Pajaree Anannarukarn of Thailand, who beat her 3&1 in the final.
Harrington birdied the 18th hole to force a play-off after Stricker missed a long putt for birdie.
However, Harrington drove into a hazard as they played the 18th again as the first play-off hole, with Stricker getting a birdie as the Irishman missed his putt to do the same.
Speaking afterwards, Harrington said: "Steve is probably the toughest guy you could ever play on a Sunday. He has to have the best wedge game in the world. Like he's a fabulous putter, he's a fabulous chipper, but his wedge play like at the first 14 holes was just spectacular."
