Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett snapped in burger restaurant fresh from UFC London win

Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett was snapped with fans in a Mersey burger restaurant just days after his impressive UFC win.

The rising UFC star stunned audiences on Saturday night when he won his lightweight division UFC London fight within the first round, submitting Rodrigo Vargas. The same night, fellow scouser 'Meatball' Molly McCann ended her bout with a devastating spinning elbow knockout against Luana Carolina.

And Starstruck fans were delighted to see the 27-year-old in St Helens' Brothers Burgers on Tuesday night, fresh from his UFC success. Jack O'Donoghue and girlfriend Sophie Lloyd were in the restaurant when Paddy entered, and the 19-year-old didn't waste the opportunity to get a picture. Jack told the ECHO : "He was so down to earth and just a top lad. My girlfriend said he was so nice and approachable."

Pimblett was recently praised after an interview discussing his wage, after it was revealed the fighter's pay pales in comparison to some bigger names. In the interview he said: “I hope I do end up earning as much money as Conor McGregor, lad. Then no child in my city will ever eat from a food bank ever again.

“I’m gonna give back to my city and sort of been planning on doing the past few months, just to start me own charity. I think after this fight, I’m gonna get it done.”
