A potential future opponent of Paddy Pimblett has clarified his stance on facing the Liverpudlian fighter.
Pimblett has made as strong of a start to life in the UFC as he could have hoped for.
On his spectacular debut in September, Pimblett was victorious over Luigi Vendramini with a first-round knockout.
It was the start of a rise which earned him swathes of social media followers with the 27-year-old being on the end of a few big shots before coming back to win in dramatic fashion.
After the fight, Michael Bisping asked Pimblett if he felt he was nearly knocked out, to which he replied: "I'm a Scouser, we don't get knocked out!".
That night put Paddy 'the Baddy' on the map and his name has been on the lips of a number of UFC fighters who are looking to face him this year.
One who could face him in the future is Terrance McKinney. The American fights Fares Ziam - another fighter to call out Pimblett - this week.
McKinney has confirmed that he'd like to face Pimblett and applauded him for not calling anyone out.
Pimblett said on Tiwtter: "Haven’t even called anyone out that’s the funniest thing about it. I fight whose name gets sent to me on the contract, that simple."
McKinney replied: "Na paddy never called me out, we’ve talked some shit back and forth but we ain’t tried to set anything up. I don’t think I’ve heard him call anyone out. We’ll def meet in the future but that’s a fight night headline or PPV card."
Pimblett has stated, from day one, that he doesn't need to call anybody out in the traditional way - and that fighters should want to face him.
He fights for the second time in the UFC taking on on Rodrigo 'Kazula' Vargas at UFC London in March.
