Conor McGregor has been urged to fight Paddy Pimblett before switching back to featherweight by Henry Cejudo.
The Notorious has not fought at 145lbs since beating Jose Aldo to become featherweight champion almost seven years ago, but Cejudo believes that is the weight he should be fighting at.
The former UFC flyweight and bantamweight champion would like to see McGregor face Pimblett when he returns to the octagon after the Liverpool native took his UFC record to 3-0 with a submission win over Jordan Leavitt in London last weekend.

Speaking on the The Triple C and Schmo Show, Cejudo said: "Give him Conor McGregor. I think that would be a good fight, because they're both not necessarily elite, but they could fight each other.
"And I think Paddy would give Conor McGregor some problems."
It is expected that McGregor will fight at 170lbs when he returns to the octagon, but Cejudo would see no issue with the Dubliner making the 155lbs lightweight limit to fight Pimblett in the coming months.
He added: "McGregor's not that big. He's like 5'8. He's not that tall. To me, he's not even a big 155er. To me, he's still a featherweight. That's how I see him.
"Yeah he's carrying more weight and that's the stuff that's costing him. When you carry too much weight, that just equals fatigue.
"[He should] go back down to 155 and I even think in the future he should go back down to 145lbs.
"With all that money that he has, with all that resource that he has, he still doesn't know how to really formulate and structure the right team in order for him to become a world champion.
"There are so many smart people out there. With all that money that he has, he's just not finding the right team to really take him to a whole other level.
"I'm talking about him going back down to 145lbs because he could still make it. If you've made it once, you can make it again or 155, but 170 really is not his weight."
