Paddy McGuinness had surgery on his ears when younger due to being self-conscious about them 'sticking out'.
The Top Gear presenter, 49, says he always 'had a problem' with his ears before having them pinned back and doesn't rule out having more cosmetic surgery in the future.
The dad-of-three also explains to comedian Keith Lemon how he worried there was 'something not right' with the doctor who performed the surgery on his ears, before spotting the medical professional on an expose documentary about rogue surgeons two years later.
Paddy - who split from wife Christine McGuinness, 34, earlier this year - spills the beans on his thoughts about plastic surgery and tweakments on tonight's episode of Shopping With Keith Lemon.
The star's appearance on the ITV comedy series comes following his decision to attend the Pride of Britain awards without his wedding ring on Monday night, after previously often continuing to wear the gold band despite splitting from wife Christine.
During Paddy's time on Shopping With Keith Lemon, the Take Me Out presenter is asked by Leigh Francis' comedy persona if he would ever consider having some work done and 'go under the knife'.
"I don't begrudge anyone doing it but I think what could you have done as a man?" Paddy explains as he and Keith enjoy a work-out together.
After Keith suggests Paddy's ears as one possible body part the star could have surgery on, Paddy reveals: "I’ve had them done. I used to have massive sticking out ears and I always had a problem with it."
He goes on to add: "The surgeon who did it, I thought ‘there’s something not right with these' - about two years later, Panorama’s on, doing an exposé on rogue surgeons – he’s on it!"
Paddy and Christine took to their respective Instagram accounts in July this year to finally put an end to the speculation surrounding the state of their 11-year marriage - confirming they had made the decision to split 'a while ago'.
The mum-of-three - who earlier that month revealed she and Paddy were going through a 'very, very difficult' time - revealed both stars will continue to live in the family home alongside their three children; twins Leo and Penelope, eight, and daughter Felicity, five
Since splitting from Paddy, the Real Housewives of Cheshire star has been enjoying spending time with pals and going on holidays - striking up a close friendship with songwriter and former footballer Chelcee Grimes.
The two women recently enjoyed a break in the sun together, flying off to Crete together for a little holiday, and sources have claimed the two stars also enjoy hanging out 'a lot' together at home too.
Christine and Chelcee's friendship first began when they both appeared on the show The Games together earlier this year, just weeks before the mum-of-three announced she and comedian Paddy had ended their marriage.
