Paddy McGuinness appears to have removed the heart tattoo tribute he has for his wife Christine, sparking rumours the couple have split.
The Top Gear host was seen in a video on chef Chris Baber's Instagram on Monday as he held up a canned drink, but his tattoo was nowhere to be seen.
This has led to concern among fans, with some speculating the pair have called it quits on their relationship.
Chris captioned the post: "How’s your Monday going? @mcguinness.paddy #happymonday."
Paddy, 48, originally got the inking to make up for losing his wedding ring twice since he married Christine back in 2011.
He and Christine, 34, share three children together - Leo, eight, Penelope, eight and Felicity, five.
It is unclear if the video, which is in selfie mode, has been flipped, meaning the tattoo is in fact still on his left hand.
Mirror Online has contacted Paddy's representatives for comment.
Christine has previously made fun of Paddy for losing his wedding ring but said she no longer minds because of his finger tattoo.
Writing on Instagram, Christine said: "My wonderful husband Paddy McGuinness lost his wedding ring… again… on our family holiday about two months ago.
"He still hasn't replaced it but today he is forgiven because he's wearing a T-shirt with my picture on. #Over12years #StillStrong #HeHasItTattooedAnyway!"
Fans had already raised concerns over their relationship after the couple made no public post or comment about their 11th wedding anniversary on June 4.
Paddy also hasn’t appeared on Christine’s Instagram feed since February.
Christine recently jetted off on holiday to Croatia without her husband or children, taking a break for the first time in three years.
The model appeared to go on holiday with a group of close friends and shared plenty of snaps with her social media followers.
In one post, she could be seen posing by a waterfall as well as driving along and enjoying the wildlife. She also shared plenty of bikini pics but has since returned to the UK.
