Comedian and TV host Paddy McGuinness shocked fans when he announced his split from model and reality TV star wife Christine McGuiness in 2022. He has now praised the mother-of-three in an emotional Instagram post.
Calling her "incredible" and thanking her for raising awareness about autism he posted a photo of just Christine to his Instagram. The former couple share three children together - Felicity who is six and nine-year-old twins Leo and Penelope - who all have autism. Christine has also spoken openly about her own diagnosis of autism.
Paddy, posting on International Women's Day, said: "Thank you @mrscmcguinness for being an incredible Mother to our beautiful children and for raising awareness around Autism which affects our little family and so many others. Today's about celebrating all the good women. #internationalwomensday".

They wrote: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our life personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify. A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.
"This was not an easy decision to make but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together."
