Paddy McGuinness says 'no place like home' as he lands back in UK

Paddy McGuinness said there's "no place like home" as he returns to his family in the UK.

The 48-year-old has been keeping his 2million Instagram followers updated as he jetted off to Thailand to carry out some filming. But as he shared short clips of him returning home on Sunday evening, he said it was "good" to be back.

In his latest Instagram post, he wrote: "I is back baby! 11 hour flight but really enjoyed filming in Thailand, beautiful country. Yet no matter where I travel it’s always good to get home! Cup of tea, clean bedding and the kids are off skoo."

Many people were quick to comment as one person said: "There's no place like home", as another wrote: "I’m sure your wife and kids are glad to have you back"

A third said: " Safe journey home to your beautiful family. Hope you and Christine are ok."

Paddy is back home with his children and wife Christine following weeks of rumours their marriage is on the rocks. The husband and wife recently took their first separate holidays in years and failed to post anything for their anniversary.

But over the weekend, Christine posted on her own Instagram account to say she was looking forward to the summer. Sharing a snap of her enjoying the sun with her children, she wrote: "My lifeys. School is closed for summer. 8 weeks off babies!

"Let’s make this the best one yet, let’s take adventures and explore new places, let’s laugh every day! Let me show you the way. Wishing you all a happy summer

"Good luck to all the parents and carers juggling kiddies, work, life. Especially those who will struggle with the change in routine! We’ve got this."

To which Paddy replied: "Cuddles tomorrow!!!" with several red love heart emojis.

However, despite the rumours, publicly, Christine has laughed off claims her marriage is in trouble but admitted things had been "difficult."
