Paddy McGuinness has taken to Instagram to share a sweet message for ex Christine McGuinness.
The former Miss Liverpool appeared in a new BBC documentary last night - Christine McGuinness: Unmasking my Autism. On the show she discussed all kinds of issues including her autism diagnosis.
Christine, 34, also spoke frankly about deciding to split with Paddy, 49, after 11 years of marriage. In it she said: "With things like my marriage, for example, that's massive. I've been with my husband since I was 19 years old. So I've only ever had this one man in my life in 15 years. I can't imagine living with anyone else."

She added: "I don't know what it's like to date. I can't remember being single. I've found myself in this position where I don't really know what to do with it but then I am just going into a new chapter, I suppose, on my own. Which is petrifying for someone who doesn't like change."
Taking to Instagram, Paddy, who has been silent on the split, shared a photo from the documentary, and wrote: "Very proud of Christine for making this new documentary highlighting Autism, particularly in women. "It’ll be a massive help to our daughters in years to come along with our little lad. #unmaskingmyautism #awareness #acceptence."
Fans said that it was "refreshing" to see the former couple acting in such a civilised manner. One user wrote: "Refreshing to see a couple split and behave like adults. You’re an absolute Gent Paddy, I salute you sir, big respect."
Another added: "I am too, and I’m also super proud of you for supporting her." Meanwhile, a third said: "Fantastic documentary, and brilliant seeing your support for your family, co-parenting done right xxx."
In July, the couple confirmed their split after speculation. They said in a joint statement: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus was as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we're moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
"We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together." The joint statement continued: "We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into our private life."
