Paddy McGuiness has broken his silence after his estranged wife Christine McGuinness and her pal Chelcee Grimes appeared to go public with their romance as they were pictured kissing after weeks of speculation.
Paddy posed with friends for a picture as they headed out for a festive dinner on the weekend.
The Top Gear presenter took to his Instagram to post a snap of him with his pals enjoying dinner and drinks around a table.
He wrote next to the snaps: "The annual festive old school cuddly toys night out was a resounding success. We drank, we laughed, we killed zombies.”
Christine and husband Paddy, 49, recently announced they decided to part ways after 11 years of marriage.
The former couple share children Penelope, nine, Leo, nine, and Felicity, six.
And the Real Housewives star, 34, seems to have moved on with musician Chelcee, 30, who she became close to on The Games.
They were seen sharing a tender kiss as they enjoyed a fun-filled evening at Winter Wonderland earlier this week.
The duo were seen at the Christmas festival in London sharing a smooch while sitting on a bench enjoying drinks.
Christine and Chelcee were low-key with their outing and seemed inseparable.
A witness revealed: “It was a sweet moment between Christine and Chelcee as they sat on a bench outside and enjoyed live music.
According to the onlooker, the duo were 'all smiles' as they walked around the wonderland 'hand-in-hand'.
Paddy was later seen looking gloomy while running errands in Manchester.
Following Christine and Paddy's split, the two took to social media to confirm the news.
They said they are focused on being the 'best parents' to their three children as they announced their separation.
In a lengthy joint statement released on Instagram the pair stressed they felt they needed to 'clarify' after the speculation surrounding their relationship and had made the 'difficult decision' to move forward for their family.
The statement read: “We hadn’t planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
“A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we’re moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.
“We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into our private life. Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter. We’ll be making no further comment.”
