Green Bay Packers receiver Romeo Doubs is being evaluated for a concussion after suffering a hard fall in the end zone during the third quarter of Sunday’s NFC Wild Card Round against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Doubs fell hard to the ground after leaping for a pass.
He was evaluated in the end zone for several minutes before being helped off the field and back to the locker room. Doubs needed the assistance of two trainers to get off the field.
If tests confirm the concussion, Doubs would miss the rest of the contest and enter the league’s protocol.
Doubs, who wears a Guardian Cap over his traditional helmet, suffered a concussion earlier this season against the San Francisco 49ers on Nov. 24. He missed the next two games while in concussion protocol and returned on Dec. 15 wearing the protective cap.
Doubs caught 46 of 72 targets for 601 yards and four touchdowns across 13 games in 2024.
