The outcome of Monday night’s playoff game between the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings will determine the final placement, but the Green Bay Packers — who were ousted by the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday — will pick at either No. 23 or No. 24 overall in the first round of the 2025 draft.
If the Rams win, the Packers will pick at No. 23. If the Vikings win, the Packers will pick at No. 24.
Of the current five losers in the Wild Card Round, the Packers at 11-6 are tied with the Los Angeles Chargers for the best record, but Green Bay has a better strength of schedule.
The Rams finished 10-7 and would pick No. 22 if they lose on Monday night. The Vikings finished 14-3 and would pick No. 24 if they lose on Monday night.
The Packers lost 22-10 to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night at Lincoln Financial Field. Matt LaFleur’s team lost three straight games to end the 2024 season.
The 2025 NFL draft will be held in Green Bay between April 24-26.
