The Green Bay Packers are beginning a big week with a closed practice indoors at the Don Hutson Center on Monday morning. The team is inside due to weather in the Green Bay area.

The Packers are off Tuesday before returning for joint practices against the New England Patriots on Wednesday and Thursday. Preseason game on Saturday night at Lambeau Field. A fun week awaits in Green Bay.
DuBose starting to make noise
DuBose has made a handful of nice grabs today. Good to see him start to flash a bit.

Receiver Grant DuBose, who missed all of the offseason workout program and the start of camp, is starting to come on. He needs to really flash over the next three weeks to get a roster spot as the No. 6 receiver.
Another big play from Valentine
On final play of practice #Packers rookie CB Carrington Valentine picked off Jordan Love’s out route to Romeo Doubs and returned it about 80 yards for a TD.

The seventh-round pick continues making plays as a starter. He was excellent in the preseason opener.
Offense scores in late-game scenario
12 seconds left. Down 3. Ball on opposing 42. No timeouts.
Quick draw to jones picks up 8ish. He kneels down to end the play early. They rush to the line of scrimmage and get the clock stopped on a spike with 2 seconds left.

After missing two extra points wide right in Cincinnati, rookie kicker Anders Carlson missed another extra point on Monday, again wide right.
Kenny Clark out
Kenny Clark, one of #Packers few starters who didn’t play in preseason opener at Cincy, is not practicing today because of a back injury.

Poor weather in Green Bay forced Matt LaFleur to move the practice indoors. While tough for fans there for an open practice, LaFleur had no interest practicing in the rain. Due to limited space in the Don Hutson Center, the practice is now closed to the public.
