The Green Bay Packers returned Christian Watson from injury and Romeo Doubs from suspension on Sunday, but the receiver group took another hit when Dontayvion Wicks suffered a shoulder injury and left the game in the first half. The Packers ruled out Wicks to start the second half.
Wicks caught one pass for nine yards on three targets before the injury. On his one catch, Wicks made a move in the open field after a short completion and converted on third down.
Wicks came into the contest with 10 catches for 124 yards and a team-high three touchdown catches.
Although Wicks went out with injury, Watson, Doubs and Jayden Reed all caught touchdown passes from Jordan Love in the first half.
Bo Melton could receive more snaps at receiver without Wicks available to finish Sunday’s game. Malik Heath is also active at receiver.
The Packers face the Houston Texans next week at Lambeau Field.
