The Green Bay Packers extended their lead over the Baltimore Ravens with a touchdown pass from Sean Clifford to Malik Heath in the third quarter of Saturday’s preseason finale at Lambeau Field.
Heath, who is battling for a 53-man roster spot, won on an in-breaking route and made the contested catch in the end zone to convert 4th-and-4 from the 7-yard line. The drive began after rookie cornerback Kalen King forced a fumble that was recovered by linebacker Christian Young on the Ravens opening drive of the second half.
Heath’s touchdown catch gave the Packers a commanding 27-7 lead.

Heath leads the Packers with four receptions and 39 receiving yards. All four of his catches have created first downs or touchdowns, including a pair on third or fourth down.
Heath made the 53-man roster as an undrafted free agent rookie in 2023. He caught 15 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown over 13 games.
The Packers are loaded at receiver. Heath has a strong case for the roster. Bo Melton had a 100-yard receiving game to end last season and has a touchdown catch on Saturday vs. the Ravens. Grant DuBose has been one of the standouts of training camp.
Clifford needed the scoring drive. He completed only 3-of-10 passes in the first half. On the 27-yard touchdown drive, Clifford hit Joel Wilson for eight yards and Heath for the 7-yard score.
