If anyone was wondering whether Aaron Rodgers and the Packers front office are having secret meetings to discuss their respective futures, they aren’t.
Green Bay general manager Brian Gutekunst told reporters on Tuesday morning that he has not spoken to the quarterback at length since the end of the season and Rodgers has not shared what he plans to do regarding his future, per The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman. The GM also said he wants a resolution from Rodgers before free agency starts on March 15.
“Until we have those conversations, I think all options are on the table right now,” he said in Indianapolis.

Rodgers is keeping the NFL world on the edge of its seat as he continues to mull his football future. Whether it’s retiring, returning to Green Bay or playing for another team, it’s anyone’s guess at this point.
Gutekunst added that if Rodgers were to return to the team, his contract would be restructured. But if he doesn’t come back, he’s “absolutely” comfortable with Jordan Love being the starter for the 2023 season.
