Packers-Eagles playoff game has 2 Cardinals player connections

The Arizona Cardinals did not make the playoffs this season, but come of their former players did.

The NFL playoffs continue Sunday with three games on the schedule. The second has the Green Bay Packers on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles. Between the two teams on their rosters and practice squads, there are two former Cardinals.

Check them out below.

Former Cardinals players on Green Bay Packers

  • G Marquis Hayes

Hayes is on the practice squad. He was drafted by the Cardinals in 2022 in the seventh round, spend his rookie season on injured reserve and then last season on the practice squad. He was cut after the preseason. He spent time on Arizona’s, Washington’s and Green Bay’s practice squads.

The Cardinals had Toth in 2019 and then in the 2020 offseason and preseason before getting waived with an injury. He has not played a game this season.
