Packers’ Aaron Rodgers Scheduled to Speak at Astrology Seminar

As he mulls his future in football, Aaron Rodgers is staying busy. This past weekend, he won the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, proving his skills on the golf course, and on Monday he’ll focus on another one of his interests off the gridiron: astrology.

Rodgers is scheduled to be a guest speaker at an astrological seminar led by author Debra Silverman on Monday afternoon. The “masterclass” will give attendees a chance to “discover how to fall in love … with YOU by using the ancient science of Astrology,” according to the event’s website.

As for the quarterback’s role in the seminar, participants will get the chance to “discover how Aaron Rodgers has fallen in love with his fate and uses it to have confidence without validation or approval and how you can, too.”

Rodgers is a self-proclaimed “student of astrology,” according to comments he made about a very intricate tattoo that he got last summer. Now he’ll look to pay his knowledge forward.

Of course, the four-time MVP’s various non-football activities come at a time when NFL fans are anxiously waiting for him to make a decision about his plans for the year ahead. Rodgers, who has spent the entirety of his career with the Packers, has an opportunity to request a trade out of Green Bay this offseason and would surely be coveted by numerous teams around the league.

At the Pro-Am event this weekend, Rodgers admitted he heard from many spectators that wanted him to join the Raiders. He essentially quashed any talk of going to play for the 49ers, while the Jets remain a potential option to pursue the 39-year-old this offseason as well.

However, while the NFL world is left speculating about what the quarterback wants the next step of his career to be, Rodgers has shown he plans to take his time before making any decision about his future.
