Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are hoping to build a "rehabilitation wing" extension to his country estate as he battles Parkinson's disease.
It was reported last month that the Black Sabbath frontman and his wife were leaving LA to return to the village of Jordans due to rising taxes. 73-year-old Ozzy told the world he had Parkinson's in 2020 after suffering a fall the previous year.
The couple submitted a planning application in March for a rehabilitation wing at their Grade II listed home, Welders House, which is nestled on Welders Lane, according to Buckinghamshire Live.

According to planning documents submitted to Buckinghamshire Council, the extension will feature discrete grab rails and aids, an "abundance of stopping and sitting spaces", ramps, soft non-slip surfaces, a 'pool house orangery', a 'health and welfare exercise studio', and a nurse's flat.
The plans also revealed a desire to connect to nature with a proposed lake and an outside garden art room with a north-facing glazed roof.
Security will also be tightened with improvements to the historic estate's CCTV system, and plans for a taller fence.
There have been no objections to the Council at the time of writing.
Welders House was built in the late 1890s for politician Charles Thomson Ritchie, and it was once reportedly used by the War Office as a Home of Rest for army nurses suffering from mental strains of the First World War.
Two-time Academy winner John Stears sold the home to the Osbournes in 1993, and Sharon reportedly chose the destination as it was tucked far away from any pubs.
