Expecting a huge turnout of devotees to the Tiru Kalyana Mahotsavam to be held in the temple town of Bhadrachalam on Sunday, a large contingent of police force comprising around 2200 personnel has been deployed in the temple town to oversee the bandobust arrangements for Sri Rama Navami festivities.

The authorities of the famous Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamy temple in Bhadrachalam have kept ready a stock of 3 lakh laddus, the much sought after prasadam, for sale on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami festival.
The temple authorities have opened as many as 20 counters at various places in the temple town to sell laddus along with other prasadams anticipating a large turnout of devotees from far and wide to the temple town.
A total of 60 counters have been set up for distribution of mutyala talambralu among devotees after the celestial wedding on Sunday.
The TSRTC has deployed around 450 buses to ferry devotees from various parts of the State to Bhadrachalam on Sunday and Monday.
The APSRTC also pressed into service special buses from its various depots to Bhadrachalam for the benefit of devotees.
