Appealing to international organizations and institutions, Basal urged for immediate humanitarian intervention to aid the citizens of northern Gaza who are enduring mass casualties and direct attacks. He specifically called upon entities like the Red Cross to facilitate the access of civil defense and medical teams to provide essential services in the affected areas.
