'Droughtlander' is officially over and fans are settling down on the sofa to finally see Jamie and Claire Fraser again.
When it was announced back in September that Outlander was set to leave Amazon Prime, many fans weren't happy as the move meant that they had to fork out yet more money for another subscription to watch their favourite show.
Season six, which dropped yesterday for UK fans, will now be available to watch on Starz Play UK - also home to Men in Kilts starring Sam Heughan (Jamie) and Graham McTavish who also features in Outlander as Dougal Mackenzie.
At present you can watch Outlander through Amazon Prime, however there is still an additional fee through the StarzPlay app which will cost more per month in addition to your Prime fee as the app is not part of the deal.
So if you're thinking about signing up, you may want to do it now as they have a limited-time deal on.
Fans of Outlander can now sign up to a six month deal which costs just £1.99 per month month.
It will then jump to £4.99 on the seventh month and will continue at that price unless you cancel which you can do at any time.
Announcing the great news, Starz Play UK shared the news through Instagram adverts .
Despite the deal, some still aren't convinced and aren't happy they have to pay.
Taking to Twitter one said: "I am a great fan of Outlander. Much of the original filming was in my local area in Scotland. I have to say I am raging it is now on Starz Play and refuse to download the App. I am 91% through Diana Ganaldon’s Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone."
Another commented: "Absolutely gutted UK viewers have to subscribe to Starz to watch this now. I'm not prepared to pay for another streaming service, its just ridiculous to expect people to pay out more. Please Starz reconsider this."
A third said: "My daughter just told me it [Outlander] is going to be on starz play, it better not I already pay for amazon prime I am not paying anymore, so sick of being ripped off."
A fourth added: "I love this programme and the books but to find out that I have to subscribe to yet another platform to watch it is too much. My Outlander TV journey ended with Season 5."
