This won't be the only Outlander appearance on the east coast however, as Edinburgh Live reported earlier in June that Outlander author Diana Gabaldon will appear at Edinburgh's International Book Festival this year.
Diana will be hosting a talk dedicated to the Scottish fantasy series in the capital during the popular literary festival. The show is titled 'The Outlander Phenomenon', and will take place at Central hall on Tuesday August 23 2022.
This Edinburgh appearance will be Diana's first at the festival since 2014, as she brings the joy of Outlander to the people of the capital. Tickets are on sale here, and are £14 per seat.
The event will also be streamed online for those who may not be able to make it to Edinburgh. Prices for the online section start at just £12 per ticket.
Outlander is available to watch in the UK on Starz Player. The sixth season of the show will air on the same channel in summer 2022.
