Our Yorkshire Farm cancelled in Channel 5 shake-up

Channel 5 has cancelled Our Yorkshire Farm as it announces a scheduling shake-up. The show has been cancelled in the wake of Amanda and Clive Owen's split.

But fans can now look forward to a new spin-off show that will follow Clive and son Reuben. It was announced on Wednesday that the programme will be called Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben & Clive, reports the Daily Star.

It will see dad and son embark on a new business venture together as they look beyond their hill farm in the Yorkshire Dales. And viewers will see how teenager Reuben's upbringing has prepared him for adult life.

It will also document the highs and lows of Reuben’s first year in business and watch dad Clive, best mate Tom and girlfriend Sarah join him on this momentous journey. Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben & Clive will launch on Channel 5 on Tuesday, December 6, at 9pm.

Channel 5 has also hinted at "future Owen Family projects" adding that they will be revealed in due course. This comes days after Amanda and Clive reunited to mark the former couple's daughter Raven graduating from university. Amanda, 48, and Clive, 68, posed for a snap.

Putting on a united front for their daughter despite the couple splitting earlier this year after 22 years of marriage, fans were so happy to see them back together. Earlier this year viewers were devastated when couple Amanda and Clive split.

Taking to Instagram at the time, the shepherdess penned: "Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate. This hasn’t been easy, but we both believe it’s the right choice for the future of our family."

She went on: "Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children."
