We've teamed with the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill and Hotel Indigo on Chapel Street to give away a series of quite frankly fantastic prizes. We've got five prizes to give away to Liverpool's local heroes but we need your help to decide who the winners should be.
I've included the nomination form below, as well as instructions on how to enter and say thank you to those in your community who have gone above and beyond in the past few months. I look forward to hearing about the amazing people in your life, but for now here are today's main talking points.

Man in his 20s dies after A561 crash
Police confirmed a man in his 20s has died following a two-car crash on Speke Boulevard late yesterday evening. Another man was taken to hospital following the incident and the next of kin of the diseased has been informed and is being supported by specialist officers.
'Knife pulled on parent' at children's football match
A knife was allegedly puilled on a parent at a under-10s children's football match. The alleged incident happened during the Warner Rangers' V Townsey Inter at Botanic Park in Wavertree yesterday.
It is understood the match was abandoned after a "confrontation" with one nearby parent saying a "knife was pulled" on another parent who tried to calm the confrontation down.
Woman denied hospital test because she was a virgin
A woman was told by a she would "cross that bridge" when it came to it as she was refused a hospital test because she was a virgin. The 19-year-old was denied transvaginal ultrasound, a type of internal examination, by the Liverpool Women's Hospital despite her concerns about her hormonal status, general health and future fertility.
The hospital told the ECHO it had recently been through a review of its standard operating procedures to remove no "previous sexual activity" as an barrier to such examinations when they are recommended.
