Our Liverpool: The best place to live in the North West

Hello and welcome to this morning's Our Liverpool.

Today Liverpool was named as the best place to live in the North West by the Sunday Times in their Best Places to Live guide, with Toxteth and Waterloo mentioned as the city's "top districts." The full report comes out on Sunday, but in the meantime it's nice to hear that others are learning what we already knew.
