It has started to snow and there are millions of tiny white wisps floating across the window of the ECHO office. I thought it was supposed to be spring.
International Women's Day is in full swing and we've had some fantastic stories from our reporters who've been speaking to inspirational women from throughout Liverpool and Merseyside.

Property boss would never have imagined working in construction
Storm Newton spoke to Joanne Waller who heads Sourced Development Group which operates in Liverpool about her rise to the top of the local construction industry. Joanne said she "fell into" her career but wants to encourage girls to consider the industry which is traditionally thought of as "jobs for boys."
Her message to any young women considering a career in property and construction was "do it." She said: "Property development and wider construction is a great industry to be in as a woman," adding "Women remain massively underrepresented in the sector, but little by little, we are seeing a much-needed positive shift."
The journey to equality isn't over, say Merseyside's queer and trans women
LGBTQIA+ reporter Paul McAuley has been speaking to queer and trans women in light of International Women's Day. They told him the journey to equality "isn't finished" and things like the gender pay gap show why days like today are so important to highlight these issues.
