Hello and welcome to this morning's Our Liverpool.
One story stands out from all the news today and that is a woman's tribute to her younger sister who died while living in a flat near Moorfields. Ellie Boswell moved to Merseyside around 12 years ago with her sister Connah, who said she was "always happy" and would light up any room she went into.
Ellie was working as a mental health support worker at the time and had plans on joining the army to do the same.

Man who died in police custody named
An investigation is underway into what happened which lead to a 44-year-old dying in custody at St Anne Street police station. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) sent investigators to the custody suite and has started to review CCTV and body-cam evidence.
Merseyside Police say they are "fully" cooperating with the IOPC.
Schoolboy suffered 'chemical burns' in attack
Ethan Warburton, 11, was left covered in painful blisters after being attacked from behind by two unknown men. Ethan's mum said her son was "nervous" the attackers would find him again after the attack at a local park.
Balaclava gang take over small town centre
A couple living in New Ferry said they thought the area would be "no trouble" when they moved there in 2020, but now say they are often the targets of antisocial behaviour as groups of balaclava-clad youths plague the town. The couple said the town has been left to its own devices and has become a "youth gang zone" since an explosion shocked the town six years ago.
