On what would be her 27th birthday, the family of Elle Edwards have paid a touching tribute to the beautician, who was killed in a shooting on Christmas Eve. Their tribute said: "Our hearts are forever broken". They added: "You should be turning 27 with the rest of your life ahead of you.
"We will never forget your beautiful presence and the gift of the short years you gave to everyone around you. Have a ball our Elle today. We will all be gathered for you later. Love you forever."

Hearts 'broken forever' after man who 'made everyone laugh' stabbed to death
The family of a man who was stabbed to death have said their hearts "will be broken forever." Kasey Anderson, 24, was taken to hospital after being stabbed on Saturday, March 11 in Croxteth last month and now his family said his loss has brought "everyone to their knees."
They added: "He was a huge part of everyone's lives. Every single person who met him has a story to tell."
'Charlie Big Potatoes' horrified over videos encouraging violence on 'fascist' channel
An alleged far-right fitness guru, originally from Liverpool, told a court he is "horrified" to have shared videos encouraging violence. Kristofer Thomas Kearney, 38, who went by the name Charlie Big Potatoes on Telegram, pleaded guilty to two offences of disseminating terrorist publications with a court previously hearing how he told Telegram users Adolf Hitler "showed people the way" and "did nothing wrong."
Kearney yesterday denied his intentions was to promote anyone who saw material he posted to go on to seriously injure people or damage property.
Eurovision fans wowed by impromptu choir performance on way to Liverpool
Eurovision fans were treated to a "warm welcome" to the city as they witnessed an impromptu choir performance by LGBT+ choir The Proud Marys. In footage shared online, the choir can be heard belting a version of You to Me Are Everything by Liverpool's The Real Thing on the Merseyrail into Liverpool.
