Alex Neil has named his side for Sunderland’s League One play-off final against Wycombe Wanderers.The Black Cats have a chance to end their four-year stay in League One this afternoon with a trip to Wembley, after beating Sheffield Wednesday in the semi-final.
The boss has made one change to the semi-final second-leg team, with Elliot Embleton coming in for Jack Clarke. Lynden Gooch looks set for another game at right-back, while Aiden McGeady and Nathan Broadhead are named on the bench.
