Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth showed off her gorgeous new look in a new snap on social media.
The TV personality, 32, appeared on season one of the ITV2 dating competition and was known for her long blonde locks and colourful swimsuits.
It has been almost eight years since she left the Love Island villa and the star now looks completely different.
She took to her Instagram page to share a sweaty mirror selfie with her 417,000 followers.
The model pulled down the waistband of her leggings to properly show off her tanned and toned abs.
Hannah rocked a blue Nike sports bra and sported straightened black hair with side-swept bangs.
Fans were in awe at her beauty and took to the comment section to compliment her.
"How is it you get even more beautiful?!? You’re a gorgeous gal!" one user commented while another said: "Look at you! Beaut."
One fan said: "Fooking hell your looking amazing hannah!! Xx"
"Literally your best photo yet!" another posted.
Her gym photo comes after Hannah underwent facial surgery in Turkey last year.
Posting pictures of the severe swelling following the surgery to her followers, Hannah gushed: "Day 1 I feel like a Bratz I'm obsessed."
The photos showed the reality star pouting her plumper lips towards the camera while her eyelids were taped down with surgical tape.
Bratz dolls are popular toys from the creators of Barbie, Mattel. Their designs showcase exaggerated lips and eyes.
Despite her painful appearance, Hannah was clearly delighted with the results and captioned one of the photos: "Couldn't of [sic] asked for more. Exactly what I wanted im made up."
On day two of her healing process, she wrote: "Trust the process". She said she still had extreme swelling and required lots of sleep.
Sharing a video from the ward, Hannah praised the surgeons for their work before she uploaded more images of the healing process.
And she also shared a "breast implant certificate", stating she "couldn't be happier" after having her implants replaced after 10 years.
Despite being happy with her surgery outcomes, Hannah was seemingly criticised by a number of followers. Hitting back at the negative comments, she wrote: "Sick of messages from vile bitter women honestly its discusting [sic]. It stinks of nothing but bitterness and jealousy.
"Please don't comment on what i do with MY BODY. I'm a 32 year old woman not a young child. Also allow me its day 2 from surgery i clearly am not going to look well but unlike a lot of people who hide it I want to show u my journey."
