An original Mr Blobby costume has sold online for more than £62,000 after an incredibly intense eBay auction, which saw over 170 bids.
The BBC costume - which was originally created for a foreign version of Noel Edmonds' House Party - was listed on the marketplace last week by user 'blobby01'.
And with a massively alluring starting price of just £39, the costume is said to have been made by the British Broadcasting Corporation's supplier back in the 90s.

The Daily Star reports that it remained in the seller's office for years until they eventually took it home. The user listed its condition as 'used' and describes the costume as 'an original BBC costume from the mid-1990s'.
It continued: "This costume is made of foam rubber covered with a rubber type material with a shoulder support. Consequently as it is now over 25 years old, there is the inevitable ageing to the foam and the rubberised coating. This means it is less suitable to be worn as the unit is not very supple as it was in 1996.
"In addition the two arms require re-attaching to the body, one of the plastic eyes is cracked and the bow tie will need securing. Overall it's not too bad for its age - but there is visible creasing and dust to the covering and some areas require a drop of glue to make good."
The seller made it clear only the costume is for sale, with no voice speaker included. The costume's buyer, sadly, will not be allowed to wear it outside of the home due to copyright laws, which means it cannot be lent out or used for public performances.
Blobby01 confirmed the buyer would need to sign their agreement of the conditions before the costume can be passed over. With the item listed as collection only from Hertfordshire, any buyer will need to live nearby – or be willing to travel across the country to pick Mr Blobby up.
The costume finally sold for £62,101 after a brutal bidding war, receiving over 170 punts by the time the auction came to a close.
