A new "neighbourhood pub" is coming to Smithdown Road and its much anticipated opening date has been confirmed.
The Crafty Swine will be opening next week in the former Tribeca site.
Tribeca's main room has been refurbished to transform it into the new pub.

The news follows the announcement earlier this month that popular bar and pizzeria Tribeca would be closing down for good, while sister venue Neon Jamon will be making its return.
On Instagram, Tribeca confirmed the "rumours are true" and revealed it would be shutting up shop before announcing refurbishment was underway on a "new neighbourhood pub".
The new pub, The Crafty Swine, will ensure Tribeca's "delicious pizzas will live on in a smaller form".
It will offer patrons craft and cask ales, breakfast, bar snacks and "pizzettes" - Tribeca's much-loved pizza formula in miniature.
On Instagram, the new venue revealed its opening date, penning: "Tuesday 22nd February! We will be open!!
"Your new favourite neighbourhood pub, will open its door 10am - late everyday.
"Serving breakfast everyday, small plates and pizzettas, cask ales, 14 keg beers and cocktails.
"Dog & family friendly. Keep an eye on the socials for menus and details regarding our weekly quiz".
The Crafty Swine is based on Smithdown Road. It will open on Tuesday, February 22.
