Rudy's Pizza Napoletana has announced the opening date for its new Royal Albert Dock restaurant.
The new branch will open in the former site of The Leather Satchel Company on Monday, November 12. It will be Rudy's third restaurant in the city, with venues already situated on Castle Street and Bold Street.
Rudy's follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza making, serving classic recipes such as marinara, margherita and calabrese - all originating from Naples. The pizza chain was established in Manchester in 2015 and offers diners a choice of pizzas, all created with quality ingredients imported from Naples.

Emma Kidd, general manager of Rudy's Albert Dock, said: "We look forward to opening our doors in the Royal Albert Dock from Monday, December 12. The team have loved serving our Neapolitan pizza in Liverpool, and we hope this new site will be another welcoming addition for the city."
Rudy's Albert Dock will be open seven days a week, Monday to Sunday. Reservations are available from 12pm until 8pm daily. Bookings are now open and can be made via the Rudy's website.
