Open evening for last homes at "luxury" Northumberland development

A "luxury" development in Northumberland which has already seen 80 percent of its properties snapped up is holding an open evening this week in the hope of attracting potential buyers for the remaining properties.

Roman Fields is now entering its final phase and there is a mix of three, four and five bedroom houses on the market. Miller Homes, who are behind the development, are holding a wine and cheese evening to show what is still on offer on Tuesday February 21 from 4pm - 8pm.

Visitors can have a free consultation with an independent financial adviser and the will also be able to talk to a local estate agent about the area's investment potential.

Phil Dougan, sales manager at Miller Homes North East, said: "More than 80 per cent of the properties at Corbridge have been sold, so this really will be the last opportunity for buyers to own a home at this very popular development. We are looking forward to being able to showcase the remaining homes."

Visitors will be able to enjoy wine and cheese provide by The Corbridge Larder as well as receive a Miller goody bag. Anyone interested can just turn up on the evening, but those who register in advance will be entered into a draw at each session for a hamper of locally sourced goodies, worth £100, courtesy of The Corbridge Larder.
