An OnlyFans model believes that the cost of living crisis is affecting her income - as her subscribers are being more careful with their money than they used to be. Ally Mae, 23, used to work in Morrisons for £8 an hour but her life changed when she discovered the adult website and soon she was earning up to £25,000 a month.
She decided to take a break and when she came back Ally, from Blackpool, was shocked to learn that there wasn't as much money in OnlyFans - and she believes the spiralling costs of living are to blame. Ally said that she still earns £15,000 a month but she wants things to go back to how they were.

Ally, who shares on Instagram as allymaexoxo, said: "I'm just starting to get back into it again because I had a break - it's a bit slow, I think because people are struggling a bit with bills going up. I worked myself up for four years so I can just jump straight back into it.
"The cost of living is having an impact, definitely, I don't think people are as eager to join and spend as they were before. I think people are focussing on their bills and making sure they have enough to live. I think people are spending less on there.
"I think before, during the pandemic, I had a huge business boom and it was going crazy well but it has gone down since - it could be because I took a break and people don't realise I'm back - but the way the current situation is definitely is impacting it.
"I was making loads of money with loads of people joining and there was loads of attention, my best month was about £25,000 - it's probably between £10,000 and £15,000 now."
But despite the pay cut, Ally insists she won't be returning to Morrisons and donning the green and yellow uniform.
She continued: "I'm not going back - not at all.
"I was on £8.20 an hour or something, it's a crazy difference. I've bought clothes, a car, loads of girl stuff, I've been saving really because I want to put my money into a business and make it last. I'm looking at social media-type websites, like a chatroom.
"I want to keep OnlyFans going for as long as I can, I see it in my future for the foreseeable, until it dies out but it won't last forever.
"I'm only going to get older, and I won't be young and good-looking forever, so you have to prepare for the future and prepare for that - to me that's setting up my own business.
"I plan to travel, I've been to some places like Russia and America, but that was when I was young so I don't remember as much.
"I could travel and do what I'm doing, I have considered it - it's on my mind at the minute, it's very possible. I'd probably go not too far out, for now, Spain, all the prettier places, then branch out to more touristy type places and maybe even New York.
"There are probably some places warmer than Blackpool, it'd have to be somewhere hot."
Speaking previously, Ally revealed that she had made more than £300,000 with her videos on the site since she started - but it wasn't plane sailing.
She said the trolling and abuse she gets both online and in person had made her life "hellish".
She explained: "People have tried to hurt me in the street and they also shout names about my career. I've had people stalk me and say they are going to find out where I live.

"Others have told me they are going to go to my old school and tell everyone about me.
"I find it hard, but I just try and tell myself it's just silly stuff.
"It's expected in this kind of job, because it's still so taboo. People love to gossip about it, but it's really horrible and shouldn't be accepted."
